SEC. 47-7-6. Certain contributors to gubernatorial campaign of appointing governor may not serve on state parole board.
From and after January 1, 1992, no person shall be appointed to the State Parole Board if such person or any member of his family within the first degree of kin has contributed over the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) to the gubernatorial campaign of the appointing Governor.
