SEC. 49-15-16. Limited entry fisheries management program.
The Commission on Marine Resources may develop a limited entry fisheries management program for all resource groups. The commission may require a license for each resource group and shall establish the fees for such licenses. The commission may establish a means test or any other criteria to determine eligibility for licenses under the limited entry program.
