SEC. 49-15-64.2. [Taking of shrimp with a cast net.]

Any person, licensed live bait dealers, licensed live bait shrimpers and licensed commercial shrimpers shall be allowed to take shrimp in the bays of Bay St. Louis, Biloxi and Pascagoula with a cast net, but shall not take more than fifty (50) pounds of shrimp per person per day. The cast net shall not exceed twelve (12) feet in length.
