SEC. 49-15-100.3. Prima facie evidence of use of prohibited equipment.
It shall constitute prima facie evidence that an offense has been committed to take or harvest seafood with equipment prohibited by this chapter if seafood is found in or in contact with the prohibited equipment in a boat or in marine waters.
