SEC. 49-20-31. Approval of Secretary of State not to constitute recommendation for acquisition.
Any approval by the Secretary of State under this chapter does not constitute a recommendation for an acquisition, tender offer, or exchange offer. It is unlawful for a person to represent that the Secretary of State's approval constitutes any such recommendation.
