SEC. 49-20-35. Statement declaring corporation to be river timberlands company; statement as prima facie evidence.
A corporation which believes that it is a river timberlands company may file with the Secretary of State, in a public file to be kept by the Secretary of State, a statement that such corporation believes that it is a river timberlands company; and such statement shall be prima facie evidence in any proceeding that such company is a river timberlands company.
