SEC. 49-20-37. Severability provision.
Should any provision of this chapter be held unconstitutional, or should this chapter be held unconstitutional in its application to particular circumstances, the remaining provisions of this chapter, or the application of this chapter to other circumstances, shall not be affected thereby, and to this end the provisions of this chapter and the application of this chapter to various circumstances shall be held to be severable.
