SEC. 49-31-23. Repealed.
Section 49-31-23, Mississippi Code of 1972, which creates the Multimedia Pollution Prevention Fund, is repealed and any balance remaining in the fund on July 1, 2002, shall be transferred to the Environmental Protection Trust Fund created in Section 17-17-217.
