SEC. 51-19-15. Chapter is supplemental to other laws.
This chapter shall be considered supplemental and additional to any and all other laws, and confers sufficient authority in and of itself for the purposes set forth herein.

1997 Amendment:
SECTION 4. Sections 51-19-1, 51-19-3, 51-19-5, 51-19-7, 51-19-9, 51-19-11, 51-19-13 and 51-19-15, Mississippi Code of 1972, which establish the purpose of the West Central Mississippi Waterway Commission, provide for the commission membership, appointment of delegates and their compensation and term of office and organization and powers and duties of the commission, authorize cooperation by other governmental bodies and provide that this chapter is supplemental to other laws, is repealed.
