SEC. 51-33-119. Dissolution of district by cumulative method; appeals.

The hearing and trial of any proceeding instituted under the terms of sections 51-33-105 to 51-33-121 shall be conducted as other hearings and trials are conducted in the chancery court or by the chancellor in vacation, except as hereinabove provided. Any person feeling aggrieved by a final decree rendered by the court or chancellor in vacation in any of said proceedings shall have a right to appeal therefrom to the supreme court of Mississippi, which appeal shall be taken within twenty days from the date of said final decree.
