SEC. 51-35-141. Minutes.

The minutes of the board shall be kept by the secretary. They shall contain a record of the allowances of all accounts, claims, the payment of all damages and contracts, the making and allowance of all salaries and compensation. An abstract of all meetings of the board of commissioners shall be published in some newspaper in the county having jurisdiction of the cause, and shall show the amounts and to whom all moneys and funds of the said district are paid, when disbursements are made.

1997 Amendment

 SECTION 10. Sections 51-35-127, 51-35-129, 51-35-131, 51-35-133, 51-35-135, 51-35-137, 51-35-139, 51-35-141, 51-35-143 and 51-35-145, Mississippi Code of 1972, which create the Board of Commissioners, provide for terms of office, oath and compensation of board members and for organization, quorum, employees, minutes and officers of the board, and authorize the Board of Commissioners to designate depositories for funds of the district, are repealed.
