SEC. 51-39-1. Short title.

[Effective from and after the date Laws, 2000, ch. 597, § 1, is effectuated under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965]

This chapter shall be known and cited as the "Mississippi Storm Water Management District Act."
