SEC. 51-39-37. Property and revenue of district exempt from taxation.
[Effective from and after the date Laws, 2000, ch. 597, § 19, is effectuated under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act of 1964]
The property and revenue of the district shall be exempt from all state, county and municipal taxation.
