SEC. 53-1-9. Employees.

Since the language of the section as it appears in the parent volume is unaffected by the reenactment, it is not reprinted in this supplement as directed by Sec. 30 of ch. 340.] The supervisor shall have the authority, and it shall be his duty, to employ geologists, petroleum engineers, field inspectors and any other personnel necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities fixed upon him. No person shall be permanently employed by the board who is not a resident and qualified elector of the State of Mississippi.
