SEC. 53-1-21. Public hearing.

Since the language of the section as it appears in the parent volume is unaffected by the reenactment, it is not reprinted in this supplement as directed by Sec. 30 of ch. 340.] No rule, regulation, or order and no change, renewal, or extension thereof, shall, in the absence of an emergency, be made by the board except after a public hearing upon at least ten (10) days' notice, which notice may be given by publication in some newspaper of general circulation in the state and also in a newspaper of general circulation in the county or counties in which pools are located, in the manner and form as may be prescribed by the board, or by such other method as may be prescribed by the board by general rule. Such public hearing shall be held at such time and at such place as may be prescribed by the board, and any person having any interest in the subject matter shall be entitled to be heard.
