SEC. 53-1-27. Record of rules, regulations and orders.

[This section was reenacted without change by Laws, 1991, ch. 340, Sec. 14, effective from and after passage (approved March 11, 1991). Since the language of the section as it appears in the parent volume is unaffected by the reenactment, it is not reprinted in this supplement as directed by Sec. 30 of ch. 340.] All rules, regulations, and orders made by the board shall be in writing and shall be entered in full by the secretary of the board in a book to be kept for such purpose by the board, which shall be a public record and open to inspection at all times during reasonable office hours. A copy of any rule, regulation, or order, certified by a member of the board, or the secretary thereof, shall be received in evidence in all courts of this state with the same effect as the original.
