SEC. 53-1-33. Supervisor and his representatives to have access to all wells.

[This section was reenacted without change by Laws, 1991, ch. 340, Sec. 17, effective from and after passage (approved March 11, 1991). Since the language of the section as it appears in the parent volume is unaffected by the reenactment, it is not reprinted in this supplement as directed by Sec. 30 of ch. 340.] The supervisor and his representatives or employees shall have access to all wells drilled for oil or gas at any and all times, and any person operating or controlling any lease or property shall permit them to go upon same and inspect any and all wells and well records, while the wells are being drilled and at all other times, and to have such control of such property, machinery and appliances as may be requisite to gauge the wells. However, the well records of any well drilled in unproved territory shall not be subject to such inspection until thirty (30) days after the completion of the well.
