SEC. 53-9-91. Fees.
In addition to the fee for an application for a surface coal mining and reclamation permit established in section 53-9-25 (1), the commission may establish such other fees, including a fee for the transfer of a permit, for the renewal of a permit, for the revision of a permit, to accompany an application for a coal exploration permit, and for a copy of a transcript of a hearing held pursuant to this chapter, as the commission reasonably deems necessary for the administration and enforcement of this chapter. Such fees shall be paid to the administrator and shall not exceed the actual or anticipated cost of performing the administrative function or of providing the product for which the fee is applicable.

SECTION 48. Section 53-9-91, Mississippi Code of 1972, which authorizes the commission to establish and collect certain fees, is repealed.
