SEC. 55-13-9. Payment of costs of land acquisition by counties.
The state highway commission, for the purpose of acquiring lands as set forth in sections 55-13-3 to 55-13-11, may pay one-half the cost of said lands so acquired by purchase or condemnation only in event the county in which the land is purchased or condemned first contributes its one-half of such costs.
