SEC. 55-13-11. Construction of Secs. 55-13-3 to 55-13-11.
Sections 55-13-3 to 55-13-11 shall be construed in connection with any other laws of the State of Mississippi which promote the building of a national highway and parkway in the State of Mississippi.
