SEC. 57-1-177. Application of Secs. 57-1-1 to 57-1-51.
All provisions of sections 57-1-1 to 57-1-51, so far as the same are applicable, shall apply to all proceedings by the municipality desiring to join with another municipality which has already received a certificate of convenience and necessity.
