SEC. 57-19-15. Advisory board.
The program conducted by the food technology laboratory shall be subject to review by a food technology advisory board appointed by the governor. The director of the Mississippi Cooperative Extension Service shall serve as chairman of this committee. The membership will be composed of five members representing the food processing industry in the state, five members representing food producers in the state, and two members of the legislature of the State of Mississippi. Committee members will serve for four years on a rotating basis.
