SEC. 57-39-15. Submission of plan to legislature; recommendations for statutory changes.
A copy of the plan shall be furnished to members of the legislature, as provided by section 27-101-1 et seq. The board, upon its adoption, shall make recommendations to the legislature at any time it deems statutory changes are needed to improve the plan.
