SEC. 57-39-25. Failure to submit information; submission of false information.
Any person who willfully fails to submit information required by sections 57-39-17 through 57-39-35 or submits false information or who violates any provision of sections 57-39-17 through 57-39-35 shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined the sum of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
