SEC. 59-21-163. Effect of Secs. 59-21-157 to 59-21-161 on other causes of action.
The provisions of section 59-21-157 to 59-21-161 shall not be construed to limit any cause of action heretofore maintainable at common law, maritime law or in admiralty, but shall be cumulative and supplemental thereto.
