SEC. 63-7-209. Penalties.
Violation of the provisions of sections 63-7-201 to 63-7-209 shall be deemed a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
