SEC. 65-1-91. Arbitration proceedings and effect.
Upon demand by any party to a contract with the Mississippi State Highway Department for arbitration, such arbitration shall proceed in all respects and shall have the same effect as authorized and provided by Sections 11-15-1 through 11-15-37, Mississippi Code of 1972. Any arbitration decision shall be binding unless set aside by the commission.
