SEC. 65-7-35. Penalty for violating danger zone laws.
Any person guilty of a violation of sections 65-7-25 to 65-7-33 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than five dollars for each violation.
