SEC. 65-9-31. Qualifications of contractors.
All work done under the provisions of sections 19-9-51 to 19-9-77, Mississippi Code of 1972, shall be done by contractors who qualify under the provisions of sections 31-3-1 to 31-3-23, Mississippi Code of 1972, except with the consent of the state aid road engineer.
