SEC. 65-19-13. District may be abolished.

In like manner and under like conditions, the board of supervisors may by order abolish any separate road district and, thereupon, either add the said territory or a part thereof to another separate road district, or else leave the same, or the remainder, as a part of the general road territory of the county.
