SEC. 65-23-113. Projects as part of state highway system.
Each project for which revenue bonds are issued hereunder shall be regarded as a part of the state highway system, and shall be operated and maintained by the state highway commission from its general funds in all respects as are other parts of the state highway system. After all bonds payable from the revenues of the project shall have been retired or a sufficient amount for the payment of principal thereof and interest thereon to maturity shall have been set aside in a trust fund for the benefit of the bondholders and shall continue to be held for that purpose, the project shall be maintained and operated by the state highway commission free of tolls.
