SEC. 65-23-121. Project trustee's report.

The project trustee appointed under the provisions of section 65-23-107 shall file monthly with the chancery clerks of the counties in which the said trustee bank corporation is located, a full and complete report of the monthly expenditures made by said trustee, showing in detail all expenditures and payments made, to whom paid, and for what service performed, and purchases made, in which amounts, and the dates thereof.

In addition thereto, the said banking corporation, acting as project trustee, shall file the following information each month: (1) the amount of trustee's fees charged and received by the trustee for trustee services, (2) the amount received by the trustee for banking fees and charges, (3) the amount of public funds on deposit with the said trustee, (4) the amount of public funds invested by the trustee, the nature of the investment, and the rate of interest received thereon, (5) the amount paid out by the trustee for insurance premiums, and the names and addresses of the insurance company or companies insuring the project, and (6) the amount of bonds issued in dollars and cents.

The first filing of said information after the passage of this section shall include all data on the above items from the creation of the trust fund to the time the report is made. The trustee's report shall be made within sixty days after the passage of this section, and each report thereafter shall include all such current expenditures and items of information. These reports are to be public documents.
