SEC. 67-1-59. "Applicant" defined.
Where the word "applicant" is used in section 67-1-57 or in sections 67-1-51, 67-1-53, 67-1-55, 67-1-63, it shall also mean and include each member of a partnership or association and all officers and the owner or owners of the majority of the corporate stock of a corporation, as of the date of the application.
