SEC. 67-5-11. Authorized sales by native wineries; authorized sales and purchases by alcoholic beverage permittees.

(1) Every native winery is authorized to make sales to the commission, directly to consumers, to alcoholic beverage permittees of the commission, and to any producer, manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer or consumer located outside the State of Mississippi.

(2) Every alcoholic beverage permittee of the commission who shall possess a valid permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages shall be entitled, without any additional permit or fee, to sell native wines and to purchase native wines directly from the producers thereof.
