SEC. 69-2-11. Emerging crop designations.
Emerging crop designations shall include, but not be limited to:
(a) Blueberries;
(b) Muscadines;
(c) Christmas trees;
(d) Aquaculture;
(e) Horticulture;
(f) Rabbit farming and processing; and
(g) Others designated by the Board of Economic Development or Legislature.
