SEC. 69-21-131. Jurisdiction of Board of Agriculture Aviation; adoption of rules and regulations.
The board shall have jurisdiction over all persons and property within the state necessary to administer and enforce the provisions of this article and the rules and regulations of the board. The board may adopt rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this article.
