SEC. 69-21-135. Civil penalties for violations of board rules and regulations.
Each violation of the rules and regulations of the board, violations of this article and violations of licenses and orders issued by the board shall be subject to the imposition of a civil penalty of up to Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00) per violation per day.
