SEC. 69-23-307. No effect on commission's other authority under state and federal law.
Nothing in Secs. 69-23-301 through 69-23-313 shall be construed as affecting the commission's authority under state and federal law, including but not limited to its authority to regulate the transportation, storage and disposal of any hazardous waste.
