SEC. 69-37-37. Extension of chapter to other cotton pests upon recommendation of Certified Cotton Growers Organization and permission of Legislature.
The commissioner shall extend this chapter to cotton pests other than boll weevil upon recommendation of the Certified Cotton Growers Organization with the permission of the Legislature.
