SEC. 69-43-1. Purpose [Repealed effective July 1, 2006].
The purpose of this act is to promote the growth and development of the ratite industry in Mississippi by advertisement and promotion of products, market development, research and producer education, thereby promoting the general welfare of the people of this state.
