SEC. 73-3-401. Repeal of Sections 73-3-2 through 73-3-59 [Repealed effective December 31, 2006].
Sections 73-3-2 through 73-3-59, which create the Board of Bar Admissions and prescribe its duties and powers, and which provide certain regulations regarding the practice of law in this state, shall stand repealed as of December 31, 2006.
