SEC. 73-3-403. Repeal of §§ 73-3-101 through 73-3-145, 73-3-171 and 73-3-301 through 73-3-373.
Sections 73-3-101 through 73-3-145, 73-3-171 and 73-3-301 through 73-3-373, Mississippi Code of 1972, which create the State Board of Bar Commissioners and prescribe its duties and powers, shall stand repealed as of December 31, 2008.
