SEC. 73-5-23. Display of certificate [Repealed effective July 1, 2008].
Every holder of a certificate of registration as a registered barber shall display it in a conspicuous place adjacent to or near his work chair, and in plain view of the patrons of the shop in which he is engaged at work.
