SEC. 73-5-45. Repeal of Sections 73-5-1 through 73-5-43.
Sections 73-5-1 through 73-5-43, Mississippi Code of 1972, which create the State Board of Barber Examiners and prescribe its duties and powers, shall stand repealed as of July 1, 2008.
