SEC. 73-7-25. Demonstrator's permit.
Every demonstrator in the field of cosmetology shall, before making demonstrations in a beauty salon or school of cosmetology, apply for and obtain a permit from the board. For such permit, which shall be for one (1) year, the required fee shall be paid to said board. This section shall be construed to apply to demonstrators in beauty salons and schools of cosmetology.

SECTION 18. Section 73-7-25, Mississippi Code of 1972, is reenacted and amended as follows:
73-7-25. Every demonstrator in the field of cosmetology shall, before making demonstrations in a * * * salon or school * * *, apply for and obtain a permit from the board.
