MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972

SEC. 73-11-59. Penalties. [Repealed effective July 1, 2006].

Any person, partnership, corporation, association or his or her or its agents or representatives who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
