SEC. 73-11-67. Retail sellers of caskets required to register annually with board; retail sellers not subject to regulation or supervision by board. [Repealed effective July 1, 2006].
Every person, establishment or company not licensed under this chapter that sells caskets at retail shall register annually with the board. However, those persons, establishments and companies are not subject to the other provisions of this chapter and are not subject to regulation or supervision by the board. The names of registrants under this section shall be made available to any person upon request during the regular business hours of the board.
