SEC. 73-14-49. Repeal of §§ 73-14-1 through 73-14-47.

Sections 73-14-1 through 73-14-47, Mississippi Code of 1972, which provide for the licensure and regulation of hearing aid specialists by the State Board of Health, shall stand repealed as of July 1, 2005.
