SEC. 73-36-7. Exemption as to acts not performed for compensation as services of registered forester.

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as preventing any person, firm, partnership or corporation from practicing forestry or managing woodlands, forests or trees on any land, provided such acts are not performed or offered to the public for compensation as the services of a registered forester.
