SEC. 73-39-3. Practice of veterinary medicine and surgery regulated.
No person shall practice veterinary medicine or veterinary surgery in any of their departments, including veterinary dentistry, in this state, unless and until such person shall have complied in all respects with the provisions of this chapter.
